Lauch of the next European Programme dedicated to promote modal shift to alternative mode in Europe. This program is realy interesting for the launch of new and innovatives short sea shipping lines. The amount of Money dedicated for this initiative is still in discussion.

JUNE 02: Port Services Directive

A new "Port Services" is in final discussion in Brussels. It will be applicable in 2003.

MAY 02: Ports and Airport Management

France: National Ports and Airports will be manage by the Regional or Departemantal Councils.
