OUR COMPETENCIES
EUROTRANS
Partners
consists of a select team of consultants with excellent management
backgrounds from various sectors, and entrepreneurial and organisational
skills proven in corporate and consultancy environments.
Each consultant possesses a high level of experience in economics,
logistics, marketing, quality, international commerce and communications,
provided by their background in sectors such as port and airport
management, international transport and tourism and logistics.
We
are distinctive in that we are particularly specialised in the field
of platforms. Studies and projects are conducted for major inland
and maritime ports, airports and centres for combined transport
on a regular basis.
In certain specialised fields, such as Engineering, Urban development
or Business Law EUROTRANS Partners will apply the services
of recognised external experts where appropriate. Often these are
members or associate members of the French Chamber of Consultant
Engineers.
All study and consultancy projects are carried out on the basis
that consultants assigned are able to follow up and take an active
role in later stages such as project management, implementation
and commercial structuring. Eurotrans' objective of establishing
long-term working relationships with client enterprises and organisations
demands this approach.
COMPANY VISION AND
APPROACH
Responsibility
Our first objective is the satisfaction of
our customers. This is expressed in an absolute adherence to precision
and clarity and total dedication to our clients and their projects.
We will demonstrate at all times our awareness of the stakes linked
to our interventions, and share our clients commitment to the direct
enhancement of motivation, efficiency and profitability.
EUROTRANS Partners recognises
the increased momentum of commercial activity as technology and
market integration develop, and the factors that differentiate a
winning company from one that merely survives.
Relevance
We will bring expertise to clients, which
is current and in tune with best practises.
EUROTRANS
Partners
applies the tools that many companies have been forced to discard
in the competitive European environment or which are beyond the
reach of small enterprises - in-depth research, objective analysis,
systematic methodology and expert appraisal.
Resources
A high level of training and the significant
professional experience of our advisers and the alertness and ability
of study assistants are the first guarantees of a fruitful collaboration.
A computer network with DTP, mobile
communications capabilities, a substantial library and access to
specialised databases, a European network of contacts, and our quality
assurance system (in accordance with the ISO 9002 standards) are
all elements which contribute to the professionalism of our performance.
Reactivity
Since the creation of our company in 1990,
we have devoted ourselves to flexibility and reactivity as part
of an ongoing trust-based relationship with our clients. To contribute
to their success, we have invested "ahead of time" in the application
of new technologies, methods and practices. These have included
Quality Assurance, Bar-code and EFTPOS technology, Internet and
e-commerce and IT-based modelling and simulation.
In a cultural context EUROTRANS
Partners has also sought to be a front-runner, adhering to a
new dynamic in European business for which border are not barriers
but gateways to markets and territory.
Our intervention is generally based
on the submission of a proposal in response to a request and terms
of reference and/or a briefing on the general objectives of the
mission.
All proposals clarify the terms
of reference, the background, methodology and the team to be assigned
to the mission, as well as providing planning overviews and a detailed
cost breakdown. These proposals are based on AFNOR FD X 50-054 specifications
relevant to the French market and additional EU guidelines for wider
projects. Further details can be provided on request.
Our outputs are controlled by ISO
9002 Quality Assurance methods. Methodology and delivery schedules
are formalised from the outset of projects to facilitate this. During
intervention, progress can be tracked through update reporting,
intermediate meetings and stage-by-stage presentations.
Professionalism and an insistence
on discipline and clarity contribute to firm foundations for successful
associations.
