In many cases EUROTRANS Partners will respond to Terms of Reference documentation issued by organisations seeking consultancy advice.

Often clear needs arise from face-to-face discussions with our team, and when these have led to decisions on action, a proposal will be prepared which will detail how aims and objectives will be met, by whom and at what cost over what period. This will incorporate references, approach, method and schedule. There will generally be no charge for this proposal.

Costs will be based on the time to be dedicated to the project and input required from EUROTRANS Partners' team of experts. Continuous services such as Marketing and Representation are usually packaged on a fixed-term or annual basis.

Delivery is generally on a predefined stage-by-stage basis, incorporating ongoing meetings to monitor progress. This allows maximum control and flexibility for clients. Payment of fees follows these stages.

EUROTRANS Partners provides measured propositions and is prepared to contribute to their implementation as well as realise training or marketing needs – in cases where findings dictate further action, EUROTRANS Partners will be proactive in suggesting relevant follow-up plans.
